Mayon Volcano is great, I really want to see it in person, its is cool because it is one of the seven wonder of the world, it is also a tourist spot in the Philippines. Their are a lot of beautiful places in Philippines such as Cagasawa Ruins it is cool.
Mayon Volcano located at Legazpi City, Province of Albay in Philippine...Mayon Volcano is a "Composite Volcano" or what you called "Stratovolcano". The cone shape of the Mayon Volcano formed through pyroclastic and lava flows. Mayon volcano is the most active volcano in philippines.
On July to October 2006 Mayon Volcano erupted again, without apparent loss of life during the period of current eruption. On October 25, 2006 the Phivolcs degraded the level of threat not To alert the Level 1 (no risky imminent eruption).
The Phivolcs did not publish any other alarms or updates for Mayon in November or December, 2006, or in 2007.
